After 9 years in working in the field of events, we believe that the best event always occur at a location which is so close to your heart. Terrain - meaning a stretch of land, especially with regard to its physical feature, create the perfect canvas of location & interior based event design.

While designing an event, floral design is one of the key component in expressing emotions - by the use of structure and colours. Accompanied by the use of furnitures, linens, lighting, flatwares, graphics - these components compliment each other so perfectly. That is where terrain styles fall into place.

With a lot of corporate events experiences working alongside luxury brands in Hong Kong, our team carry this high level of service & experience to our destination event clients, assisting them to source, create, follow up, and to execute the most important occasion in their life, in different parts of the world.

STAGE 1 | Site Determination, Event Design Board Development.   This is one of the most important stage of the whole design process. Normally, clients came to us with an event location already confirmed. However, based on the guest count and experiences that you would like to include, it could be possible for us to find an ideal location for your own special occasion.

STAGE 2 | Graphic Design & Printing Coordination.   When hosting an event, graphic design, calligraphy, map production and printing is inevitable in presenting a clear image of your own event style to all your guests. We work with international graphic designers and provide creative direction of the design to make sure they are cohesive to all the other items to be utilized within the event.

Here comes one of the most complicated part of an event design, where we will work with clients to decide on suitable combination of blooms according to the season, suggest matching tablewares, glasswares, flatwares, linen, candles etc. With our expert advice on flower species and feasibility, we can assist you in assigning decoration budgets to your current event site.
